A conversation is one contact on one channel within 24 hours, including all replies. Extra conversations are $0.25 each, and extra voice minutes beyond your plan’s included minutes (500 on Growth, 1,000 on Pro) are $0.25 per minute. Growth includes an optional owner voice clone (written permission required).

Partial conversations are still saved and flagged as incomplete, existing customers are recognized and kept separate from new leads, and spam is filtered out.

- Client portal: either way, every lead and conversation is in your own Crükus client portal, kept up to date automatically, with a clear status on every lead: New, Contacted or Booked. You can export your leads, and there is no back-end system for you to log in to.
- Hand-offs: choose text, email or both for hand-off summaries to your team. If your main contact doesn’t respond within the wait time you set, the AI alerts a backup contact.
- When it doesn’t know: the AI follows the fallback you choose: take details for follow-up, offer a call, give your business phone number, or a mix.
- Texting: a dedicated local business texting number from Crükus, with texting registration handled in your business name.
- Web chat: Crükus installs it on your website (you send us an editor invite).
- Channels: customers reach the AI by web chat and text, plus phone on Growth and Pro and Facebook Messenger on Pro (coming soon). English and Spanish supported.

No. It is an AI assistant that answers your customers by chat and text (and by phone on Growth and Pro), using your business info. If you want a real person, that is our Human VA service, and many owners use both.Will it make up prices or availability?
